Eligibility Criteria for UG Program – B.Des Course

The UID Entrance Exam eligibility criteria for UG courses offered at UID that candidates need to fulfill are as mentioned below:

• Should have completed Class 12, higher secondary education with minimum 50% aggregate score (from any stream) from any recognized higher secondary school board.
• Clearance and merit of Design Aptitude Test (Tier 1 and Tier 2) for admission.

Eligibility Criteria for PG Program – M.Des Course

Candidates need to fulfill the below mentioned UID Aptitude Test eligibility criteria to apply for MDes course admissions:

• Minimum 10+2+3/4 pass/appearing in bachelor’s degree exam with minimum 50% aggregate score from any recognized Institution or University.
• Clearance and merit of Design Aptitude Test (Tier 1 and Tier 2) for admission.

The UID DAT Application Form 2024 is available online at the university's official website, karnavatiuniversity.edu.in. The steps to apply are as follows, and the application process is online:

Step 1: Register: Fill out the registration form on the exam's official website using your complete name, email address, mobile number, course name, and specialization name.

Step 2: Complete the application: Candidates must include their personal information, communication addresses, and parental information on the application form.

Step 3: Documents must be uploaded; the scanned photo must be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF format and not exceed 1 MB in size.

Step 4: Pay the application fee: The application fee, which is INR 2000, must be paid online. Cards (Credit/Debit), Net Banking, Wallets, and Paytm are the available payment methods.

To be admitted to the design programs provided by the Unitedworld Institute of Design, applicants must pass the UID Design Aptitude Test 2024.

Step 1: Fill UID DAT Application Form

On the exam's official website, applicants can submit their online UID Design Aptitude Test applications. All pertinent documents listed in the UID booklet should be sent with the application form for the UID entrance exam.

Step 2: Download UID Aptitude Test Admit Card

The UID Aptitude Test 2024 admit card must be downloaded from UID's official website. For the Design Aptitude Test, candidates must provide their UID exam ticket. They must also present the exam supervisor with the exam ticket that was issued by the college. Any candidate may not be permitted to take the entrance exam if they do not have the UID entrance exam admission card.

Step 3: Write the UID DAT Exam 2024

The B.Design and M.Design UID Aptitude Test 2023 is a two-tier test. Design Aptitude Test (DAT) is the first tier, while Situation Test & Portfolio Evaluation is the last tier. Both descriptive and multiple-choice questions are included in this design aptitude test.

Step 4: Appear for the UID Situation Test and Portfolio Evaluation

After passing the UID Aptitude Test, qualified candidates are invited to the Unitedworld Institute of Design's Ahmedabad campus for a Situation Test and Portfolio Evaluation. Candidates are assessed here based on their aptitude for manipulating and producing finished goods made of various materials.

NIFT Application Form 2024

The National Institute of Fashion Technology, also known as NIFT, is one of India's most prestigious design institutions. NIFT offers a variety of design programmes at its 16 campuses, including bachelor's degrees in design (B.Des), fashion technology (B.F.Tech), master's degrees in design (M.Des), fashion management (M.F.M.), and master's degrees in fashion technology (M.F.Tech).

NIFT administers entrance tests once a year for enrollment in undergraduate and graduate design programs in India. NID Application Form 2024

UCEED IIT JEE Application Form 2024

UCEED, or the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design, is a test conducted by the IIT Bombay (IDC) for undergraduate admission to the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programs at the IITs in Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur.

The UCEED 2024 Notification is scheduled to be released soon by IIT Bombay.
