The Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology was established by the Punjab Government under the Department of Industries and Commerce in 1995 in collaboration with NIFT.

2 years postgraduate course in Garment Manufacturing Technology (GMT)

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Through a written examination in General Ability and Creative Ability in the first week of June followed by Situation Test/Group discussion and Interview in the first week of July. The pattern of examination is exactly similar to that of NIFT Entrance examination.
